Overview

This pickup feature allows you to add pre-set various pickup locations and pickup time, that allow user to pick the pickup location during the reservation.  This is designed for the tours that offer the pickup services from several pickup locations before the tour begins.

In This Article

Enable Pickup Feature

  • On the left menu bar, click on Settings > General Settings > System Settings > Enable Pickup

Create pickup Locations

There are two places to add the pickup locations.

  1. On the left menu bar, click on Tour > Pickup Locations > Create > enter Location Name and Location Description > click on Save
  2. On the left menu bar, click on Tour > Tour list > Edit a tour > Pickup Tab >type Location Name and Location Description and Time > click on Add to add more location or Delete to delete the location > Click on Save 

Note: In the second option above, you can select the existing pickup locations that’re created in first option or type in the new location in second option above and it will save to the pickup location in first option above.
