We also automatically send confirmation emails to the customer on your behalf for online sales. You can even schedule reminder emails and thank you emails. We never store the credit card number, expiration date or CVV. We encrypt all charges made. You will have marketing reports to run at anytime to see what is selling and how much money you are making. We even have lead source reports so you know how your customers are hearing about your business.
We also allow you to make reservations inhouse. These reservations are usually made for customers who do not want to book online or if you are making reservations and want to hold space without taking any payment for the reservation at that time.
Not included is any payment processor for charging online credit cards. InfoTree will provide several they work with and have them provide you with several quotes for the best available rates. We never hold any payments made on your behalf, you have full control of your money.
