Blocking or Unblocking Inventory

In your Inventory Control Panel you can easily identify your tours that are Available to sell by their Blue color coding. Tours that are NOT available to sell are Black (think of blacked/blocked out). To change a tour availability status from Blocked to Available (or vice-versa), you will do the following:

From the Control Panel

  1. Click on the Tour you wish to Block/Unblock
  2. Select Availability Settings
  3. Check or Uncheck the Block Out Box and click Submit

Note:  when Blocking/Unblocking Inventory that is shared among multiple tours, you are blocking/unblocking All tours that share the same inventory. Blocking or Unblocking Inventory.

From Tour Availability

When you need to Adjust Several Dates, you may find it easiest to do that by accessing the inventory tables In The Tour Availability Area.

  1. Click on Tour > Tour Availability
  2. Find the Availability Code (inventory) that needs to be Modified and click Edit
  3. Select the Month that contains the dates to block or unblock from the Go to Month drop down menu
  4. Check or Uncheck The Dates that you want to Block or Unblock
  5. Click Save
