Adding Social Media Icons to Email Confirmations

Step 1: Find an icon of the Social Network you wish to use

Save image to your computer. You can perform a Google Images search for Facebook, Twitter, etc. icons and then download them to your computer. Alternatively, if you have a graphic designer in your company, you can ask them to create an icon that suits your needs.

  1. Go to Google Images then Search for Facebook icon (replace Facebook with applicable Social Media name)
  2. Right-click on image then Select Save Image As
  3. Locate and Double-Click on folder where you want to save image

Step 2: Add image(s) to your Email content

  • On the left main bar, click on Settings > Email
  • Click on the Image button

  • Click on Browse Server under Image Info tab

  • Click on Upload to browse and locate image on your computer
  • Double-click on the image to upload to your AttractionSuite image library
  • Once image appears in your library, Double-click to insert to image properties
  • Resize by changing Width or Height dimensions

Note50 Height is ideal for email messages.

  • Click on Link Tab
  • Enter URL link for your Social Media page
  • Target > New Window (_blank)
  • Click OK
