Client Profiles

Overview

Client Profiles are automatically created with every reservation. Client contact information (address, phone, email) can only be modified in the profile and those changes will be reflected in the corresponding reservation.

In This Article

Modifying Existing Client Profiles

  1. On the left menu bar, Click on Profile > Client
  2. Enter the client’s Last Name or Billing Phone Number or Email Address
  3. Click Search
  4. Click the Edit beneath the Client Profile you wish to modify
  5. Enter new/updated information in appropriate fields
  6. Click Save

Create New Client Profiles

  1. On the left menu bar, click on Profile > Client
  2. Click on Create
  3. Enter all the information available 
    (please note: First Name and Last Name are Required fields)
  4. Click on Save
