Overview

Adding coupon for Email, Living Social, etc.… makes it easy for your customers to book reservations online.

Enable Coupons

This will Activate the Coupon Code box on the Purchase screen for your customers

1. On the left menu bar, click on Settings > General Settings
2. Enable Allow Coupon Codes Online
3. Click Save

Create Coupon Code

1. On the left menu bar, click on Tour > Coupon
2. Click Create
3. Enter Coupon Data:
   
   1. Coupon Code will be the code your customer will enter (ex: Facebook5 or pax)
   2. Select Coupon Type
      • This Coupon applies to each and every passenger in the reservation
      • This Coupon can only be used once and applies once to entire reservation
      • This Coupon applies only to these specific pricing categories and applies to passenger reservation in that category
   3. Description appears internally only 
   4. Amount is the discount amount and select Flat to indicate a dollar amount or % for Percentage to be deducted
   5. Res Dates are the period that the Coupon will be valid for a reservation to be purchased
   6. Travel Dates are the period that the Coupon will be valid for a reservation to be used
   7. Rules you want applied to the coupon
      
      • Coupon can be used on a booking with voucher
      • This Coupon applies only if total Passengers to be applied on is less than #
      • This Coupon applies only if total Passengers to be applied on is greater than #
4. Click Save

Add Coupon Code to Applicable Tours

Add the Coupon Code to each Tour it may be used towards

1. On the left menu bar, click on Tour > Tour List > Click on Edit beside the Tour name the Coupon will be used for
2. Click on Web Data
3. Select Usage option
   • Allow Multiple Coupons for this Tour more than one coupon code can be used in a single reservation
   • Only one coupon allowed allows only one coupon code can be used in a single reservation
4. Scroll down to Coupon Code: from Available box select the Coupon Code and move to Selected box using the >

Apply Coupon Code to the Reservation

• Coupon Codes are entered by customers during the Online Purchase/Reservation

• Coupon Codes are entered by account users making In-House Reservation
