Overview
Allow the Operator to Check In Customers through Mobile Devices. Devices will need Internet Connections by 3G, 4G or WIFI. The mobile device will utilize the Bluetooth scanner for Scanning 1D or 2D Barcode or QR Code.

Getting Started
When you open the AttractionSuite Check-In app, you will be asked to log in to your AttractionSuite account. Enter the Email Address and Password for your AttractionSuite account then Tap “Log In.” This will take you to your tour list. The Default is to show all of the tours for Today’s Date.
To open your menu, Tap the Three Parallel Lines in the Top Left Corner. From this menu, you can Log Out of your account or Return to the Check-In Tour List.
To Search for a Tour, Tap the magnifying glass icon at the Top of the page. Type in the time or name of the tour you are looking for and it will appear in your tour list.
To change the date, tap the calendar at the top of this page, which cause a calendar to pop up. Tap a date to choose the date you want to see tours for.
Selecting a Tour
To begin checking customers in for your tour, you must select the tour from the tour list. You can do this by tapping on the tour you want to select. You will be taken to that Tour’s Scanner page.
The bar at the top of this page gives you information about the status of your tour.
- All is the number of tickets sold for this tour.
- In is the number of guests already checked in. This number reflects both customers Checked-In using this app, as well as those Checked-In using the AttractionSuite program.
- Not is the number of tickets not yet checked in. Again this number is updated in real time between both systems.
- To refresh your page, Tap the refresh icon.
Checking Customers In – Scanning
When a customer presents a ticket. Be sure to select the correct tour. You will be taken to that Tour’s Scanner page. A window will appear on your screen. Line this window up with the customer’s QR code or Bar code.
The app will scan the code and if Successful, you will Receive this notification: Check-in Successfully. These changes will appear in Real Time in your AttractionSuite account.
Checking Customers In – Other Options
There are Two other ways to Check-In a customer using the AttractionSuite Check-In app. You can enter the bar code number manually by typing it into the box or you can enter the reservation number and check in the entire party at once.
Tour Summary
To access your Tour Summary Page, simply Tap the Summary icon at the Bottom of the tour page. This will give you basic out your tour.
Tour Passenger List
To access your Passenger List for your tour, Tap the Passenger List icon. This will give you a list of every reservation from this tour. The green check marks indicate that passenger has been Checked-In.
You can Filter this list to show only guests that have been Checked-In by tapping “In”. Or to only show those reservations that have not been checked in by tapping “Not”.
This list will update automatically as guests are Checked-In, both from the app and from the desktop AttractionSuite software.
Warning Message
If you scanning wrong tour or another date, you will receive this notification: Invalid barcode. Please check the reservation.
If you scanning Twice, you will receive this notification: This voucher has been Checked-In.
