Creating a Reservation

Overview 

This article explains the 3 methods of creating reservation.

Option 1: From the Control Panel

1. Locate the date and time of the desired Tour
2. Click on the Tour name to display the menu of options
3. Click on Create a Reservation box
4. The Add Ticket dialog box will open showing the Category, Price, and Unit
5. Select the Unit for each Category from the drop down menu
6. Click on the Create
7. Enter Customer details and Billing Information
8. Click on Save
9. Click on Email Passenger link (if you want to send a Confirmation email) check off Include Confirmation, and click on Send button
   (Note: This is automatic when customers book online)

Option 2: From the Reservation

1. On left menu bar, Click on Reservation > Create Reservation or Quick Reservation
2. A dialog box of all the Tours and times available for the current date are listed along with the Search Tour feature
3. Choose the Date/Date range, the Product type, the Tour time, or Tour name to search
4. Click on the Tour Name to display the Add Ticket dialog box which will show the Category, Price, and Unit
5. Select the Unit for each Category from the drop down menu
6. Click on the Add
7. Enter Customer details and Billing Information
8. Click on Save
9. Click on Email Passenger, (if you want to send a Confirmation email) check off Include Confirmation, and click on Send button
   (Note: This is automatic when customers book online)

Option 3: Online Reservation

1. On the online booking page, locate the date & time of the desired Tour on the calendar
2. Click on the Tour name to display Tour Description page
3. Select the number of people for each category for the reservation
4. Click on the Buy Now
5. If the customer has voucher code, click on the Voucher – enter Voucher code and click Check
6. Click Apply to continue with the reservation
7. Enter Customer details and Billing Information including the custom field, meals, pickup location if any of those apply
8. Check box to accept Terms and Conditions
9. Click on Complete My Order
