This article explains the 3 methods of creating reservation.
In This Article…
Option 1: From the Control Panel
- Locate the date and time of the desired Tour
- Click on the Tour name to display the menu of options
- Click on Create a Reservation box
- The Add Ticket dialog box will open showing the Category, Price, and Unit
- Select the Unit for each Category from the drop down menu
- Click on the Create
- Enter Customer details and Billing Information
- Click on Save
- Click on Email Passenger link (if you want to send a Confirmation email) check off Include Confirmation, and click on Send button
(Note: This is automatic when customers book online)
Option 2: From the Reservation
- On left menu bar, Click on Reservation > Create Reservation or Quick Reservation
- A dialog box of all the Tours and times available for the current date are listed along with the Search Tour feature
- Choose the Date/Date range, the Product type, the Tour time, or Tour name to search
- Click on the Tour Name to display the Add Ticket dialog box which will show the Category, Price, and Unit
- Select the Unit for each Category from the drop down menu
- Click on the Add
- Enter Customer details and Billing Information
- Click on Save
- Click on Email Passenger, (if you want to send a Confirmation email) check off Include Confirmation, and click on Send button

Option 3: Online Reservation
- On the online booking page, locate the date & time of the desired Tour on the calendar
- Click on the Tour name to display Tour Description page
- Select the number of people for each category for the reservation
- Click on the Buy Now
- If the customer has voucher code, click on the Voucher – enter Voucher code and click Check
- Click Apply to continue with the reservation
- Enter Customer details and Billing Information including the custom field, meals, pickup location if any of those apply
- Check box to accept Terms and Conditions
- Click on Complete My Order
