User Profiles

Overview

This module allows you to create, edit, delete, or deactivate an user profile.

Creating User Profiles

  1. On the left menu bar, click on Profile > Users from the left panel menu
  2.  Click on Create
  3. Enter email address to use as Username

Note: This does not need to be an actual/valid email address. As long as it contains an @ symbol and .com, it will be accepted.

  1. Enter Password (can be up to 14 characters long and is Case Sensitive)
  2. Confirm Password
  3. Select Admin Permission: Check the applicable boxes next to the function(s) you wish to allow the user to access or use
  4. Click Save

Change User Permission or Password

  1. On the left menu bar, click on Profile > Users
  2. Enter name and click on Search to find the profile you want to change
  3. Click on the Edit beside the applicable profile
  4. Admin Permission: Select or De-Select the functions that you want this user to be able to access or use. (see step 6 above)
  5. Enter New Password
  6. Confirm Password
  7. Click Save

Delete User

Note: ONLY profiles that have not created Reservations can be deleted.

  1. On the left menu bar, click on Profile > Users
  2. Enter name and click on Search to find the profile you want to delete
  3. Click on the Delete beside the applicable profile
  4. Click Yes when the dialog box pops up

Deactivate User

Note: Profiles that have created Reservations cannot be deleted. You will use the deactivate option and the User will no longer have access to AttractionSuite.

  1. On the left menu bar, click on Profile > Users
  2. Enter name and click on Search to find the profile you want to deactivate 
  3. Click on the Edit beside the applicable profile
  4. Place a check in the Deactivate box
  5. Click Save
