Overview
This module allows you to create, edit, delete, or deactivate an user profile.
In This Article
Creating User Profiles
- On the left menu bar, click on Profile > Users from the left panel menu
- Click on Create
- Enter email address to use as Username
- Enter Password (can be up to 14 characters long and is Case Sensitive)
- Confirm Password
- Select Admin Permission: Check the applicable boxes next to the function(s) you wish to allow the user to access or use
- Click Save
Change User Permission or Password
- On the left menu bar, click on Profile > Users
- Enter name and click on Search to find the profile you want to change
- Click on the Edit beside the applicable profile
- Admin Permission: Select or De-Select the functions that you want this user to be able to access or use. (see step 6 above)
- Enter New Password
- Confirm Password
- Click Save
Delete User
- On the left menu bar, click on Profile > Users
- Enter name and click on Search to find the profile you want to delete
- Click on the Delete beside the applicable profile
- Click Yes when the dialog box pops up
Deactivate User
- On the left menu bar, click on Profile > Users
- Enter name and click on Search to find the profile you want to deactivate
- Click on the Edit beside the applicable profile
- Place a check in the Deactivate box
- Click Save
