Receive Payment

Overview

This article explains how to receive payment in the reservation.

In this article

  1. Go to Reservation  -> Find Reservation
  2. Find the reservation you want to receive payment 
  3. Click on Edit right next to the reservation number
  4. Place Check mark on Pay Now in the Payment section

Receive Cash Payment 

  1. Click on Cash Type radio button
  2. Select Cash or Check from the drop-down list

Note: The available cash types is setup in the Settings -> Payment Type, this can be cash, check, wired transfer, etc…

  1. Enter the Amount you want to receive
  2. Click on Apply Payment button

Receive Credit Payment

  1. Click on Credit Type radio button
  2. Select the card type (VISA, MASTER CARD, DISCOVER, American Express) from the drop-down list

Note: The available credit types is setup in the Settings -> Payment Type, this can be Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express.

  1. Enter the Amount you want to receive
  2. Enter the Credit card information such as Credit card Number, CVV2, Expiration Month, Expiration Year, Billing address

Note: if you have credit card swiper device attached to computer, you can click on the Swipe Credit Card button to swipe the credit card and have the credit card number and expiration month and expiration year information automatically filled in. 

  1. Click on Apply Payment button
