Some AttractionSuite users have customers who visit them several times a year. Now you can link repeat customers to their billing info and book them more easily in-house. If the customer calls, simply enter their billing information one time and AttractionSuite will save that profile for future bookings.
When entering the customer’s last name the next time, the system will show any previous customers with the same name and allow you to select the correct person. Once selected, the information will automatically fill itself in and speed up the booking process. Any changes made to the information while making a reservation will prompt the system to ask you if you want to update that profile. This will benefit a few of our customers who enjoy working by phone and making quick work of signing up their repeat customers.
